Butterfly pea flowers, also known as Clitoria ternatea, are a type of plant native to Southeast Asia. They are known for their beautiful blue flowers and their ability to change color magically when mixed with different pH levels. For example, when butterfly pea flower tea is mixed with lemon juice, it will turn from a deep blue to a stunning shade of purple.

This color-changing property is due to the presence of natural pigments called anthocyanins, which are sensitive to pH changes. In addition to their striking visual appeal, butterfly pea flowers are also rich in antioxidants and have been used in traditional medicine for their various health benefits.

Sensational water kefir

My favourite out of all the amazing water kefir drinks, PiQi make. It's such a beautiful colour. It's incredibly refreshing with lovely floral notes. I love that something that looks so pretty, tastes so delicious is good for you! I've been lucky enough to try this as a raspberry mocktail and it does not disappoint. I think the recipie for this is on the site so worth a look. I've yet to do the magic sorcery of changing the colour to pink. Next time I purchase I'll have to try it. I've recommended to lots of friends and I always take a bottle if I'm going to someone's house for dinner as an interesting alternative to wine. If you're on the fence give it ago, it will not disappoint. I just wish my fridge was bigger so I could buy more in one go, as it doesn't last long in our household. Thank you for creating such an incredible soft drink.
