Butterfly Pea Kefir (2 x 750ml)

Butterfly Pea Kefir (2 x 750ml)

Kefir but not as you know it! This uplifting, magical blue tea herbal infusion is brewed with organic butterfly-pea flowers. This gorgeous looking water kefir is rich in antioxidants and has a delicate aroma with herbal and floral notes.

Did you know that butterfly pea flowers have a magical colour-changing property?

Butterfly pea flowers, also known as Clitoria ternatea, are a type of plant native to Southeast Asia. They are known for their beautiful blue flowers and their ability to change color magically when mixed with different pH levels. For example, when butterfly pea flower tea is mixed with lemon juice, it will turn from a deep blue to a stunning shade of purple.

This color-changing property is due to the presence of natural pigments called anthocyanins, which are sensitive to pH changes. In addition to their striking visual appeal, butterfly pea flowers are also rich in antioxidants and have been used in traditional medicine for their various health benefits.
