Refund policy
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the parcel was damaged in transit or there are other issues with the product, please get in touch immediately with your order number and contact details and we’ll do our best to fix the situation.
Please note that our water kefir products are perishable and you are responsible for storing them as per instructions on the label (e.g. chilled under 5 degrees) we are unable to offer refunds for improper storage of the goods by the customer.
STOLEN ITEMS
We do not accept liability if your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or other place specified to us or damaged while there.
RETURNS
Due to our products being perishable, we cannot accept returns. You can always contact us for any return questions via our contacts page.
CANCELLATIONS
It is possible to cancel an active order if it has not been shipped. Please get in touch with us regarding any cancellations, once confirmed we will cancel the order and refund the payment within 10 business days.
