Mango kefir cocktail by the fire

Mango & Ginger Kefir Mocktail

This sweet and spicy kefir cocktail is super easy to make!

Packed with gut-friendly probiotic cultures and no added sugar, it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day.


  • 60ml Mango puree
  • 2 slices of mango for garnish
  • PiQi Ginger & Lemon Kefir
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 Basil leaf

Preparation method:

Step 1: Slice the mango. Put 2 slices aside for garnish and scoop the rest into a blender. 

Step 2: Blend until smooth. If your mango is not ripe enough or the blender doesn’t take straight away, add a little bit of water and try again

Step 3: In a glass, add mango puree, ice and kefir. Mix well

Step 4: Garnish with extra mango and a basil leaf (mint also works well in this recipe)

Serve straight away and enjoy!
